There is a class designed just for you! 

"A Lifeline" is how the Healthy Move class has been described. "It's a place to come meet your new best friends." This class has been designed to help women get plugged in with one another and to explore the community together with a Biblical perspective. Come for a great cup of coffee or tea and meet other women - to laugh, to cry, and to feel connected. 

This 9-week class begins on January 31st and takes place every Wednesday through March 28th! 

There is no charge for this class and no outside preparation.
